CHECK OUT OUR PROJECTS
The fire that burned down our client’s rancher home was a truly traumatic experience. We took special care to support her through her loss and make the rebuilding process meaningful. Once we had a new design, we built everything from scratch, including the foundation. The result was a bigger home featuring restored flooring from the old home that had sentimental value.
The unique centerpiece of this custom home is its U-shaped kitchen, featuring a large island and custom countertops. But the entire build was focused on high end details, including Hardy siding, heated tile floors, and vaulted ceilings. With five bedrooms and a one-bedroom basement suite, it has room for the entire family, and then some.
When our clients’ home burned down in 2018, they needed plenty of support to get all the funding they deserved from their insurance company. We were honoured to go to bat for this family, and help them restore what they had lost. Entrusted with the entire design and build process, we made sure we were “building back better”. This included raising up the house since it had been on a flood plain. It also meant blending the final results with the rest of the neighbourhood despite the height difference. The entire process took six months and resulted in a totally new home that was significantly larger, with custom details.
This 4,000+ square foot custom home is a true palace. In our design process with the owners, we determined that even though the timeframe was tight, all the little luxurious details really mattered. In the end, we delivered a home that features a handcrafted wood staircase, vaulted ceilings, a custom tile fireplace, custom glass work, floating cabinets, and heated floors.
With this custom home, this build sought to be both functional and beautiful. An elevator was put in the home so that wheelchair access was able to give any resident easy passage to all three levels. Far more than functional, this 4000+ sq home is a true showstopper. To make it the work of art that it is, we handcrafted a wooden staircase, sourced custom cabinets, and included high end finishes. These included luxe longboard siding, trex decking, premium floors, custom glass, and high end woodwork soffits.
This custom home was built in 2014. Its striking Pacific Northwest inspired exteriors and interiors feature a great deal of custom woodwork. Relying on our team of in-house builders, we completed framing, drywall, insulation, foundation, and siding for this home. With such great results, we were asked to return a few years later to build a coach house on the property.
In the spring of 2019, a fire burned off the roofs of the two centre units in this four-plex. Its exterior walls were also badly damaged. Adding to the challenge, we needed to keep the building dry during its demolition and reconstruction. By working overtime, the team tore down and rebuilt the structure in ten days. Ultimately, the affected families got to return home in three short months.
